Prices vary depending on the model and equipment: You can get a solid basic bike from us for around €20 per day or €82 per week. A gravel bike costs around €38 per day or €155 per week. High-quality road bikes such as the Cube Litening Air C:62X Race or Aurum Magma cost €77 per day or €316 per week, including insurance.

The rental price includes the bicycle, standard accessories such as a saddle bag, spare inner tube, tire lever, pump, 1–2 bottle holders, and, upon request (at no extra cost), a simple speedometer. For e-bikes, the charging cable is also included. The rental price includes insurance against falls and accidents causing damage to the bike.

Services such as fitting your own saddle, special pedals, etc. are free of charge.

On request, we offer additional equipment at an extra charge: for example, a basket for trekking bikes, lights for riding at dusk, helmets, etc.

You can conveniently book all of our Retnal bikes online via our reservation system—even last-minute bookings are no problem.

You can pay online at checkout in the reservation system (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) or, for spontaneous rentals, directly on site in cash or by credit card.

If you book a package deal (hotel, transfer, etc.) or the hotel through Sportpark Events, you will receive a 20% discount on bike rental. From the third week of rental onwards, there is even a 50% discount on the weekly price.

Our rental service offers a wide selection of road bikes, e-bikes, e-gravel bikes, organic gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and trekking bikes. You're sure to find the right bike for your needs and your tour plans in Mallorca.

Yes, we also rent helmets, bike bags, bike lights, and bike computers. For hygiene reasons, we do not rent clothing or shoes. However, we have a wide range of equipment that can be purchased directly on site.

We have divided all rental bikes into classic sizes from XS to XXL. So simply select the right rental bike online based on your height. We will then measure your height and inseam on site so that the rental bike can be perfectly adjusted for you—including the saddle, pedals, bottle holder, and saddle bag.

With our rental bikes, you can choose from various pedal systems such as SPD-MTB (50), Look Keo, or flat pedals (bear paws) at no extra charge. If you prefer other pedals, please bring them with you—we will be happy to install them.

Pickup and return are possible during the opening hours of Galería 19 Mallorca Norte. If you wish, you can pick up your rental bike at 6:00 p.m. on the day before the actual rental period begins at no extra charge. The bike must be returned on the agreed date before Galería 19 Mallorca Norte closes.

Helmets are mandatory in Spain. You can rent or buy helmets in our store. This ensures you are safe and protected when out and about.

If your bike is damaged beyond repair, call our service number +34 690 391 381 during business hours. We will help you with the damage claim, organize transport, and assist you with ordering a taxi if necessary. It is important that you send us your exact location via Google Maps or another map service. We will only cover taxi costs after consultation and upon receipt of a receipt. The standard European emergency number 112 can be called free of charge in Mallorca, whether from a landline or mobile phone. It connects you directly to the emergency services, police, or fire department. In the event of a medical emergency, you will be taken to the nearest public hospital. If you have a choice, we recommend private clinics such as Clinica Juaneda (Playa de Muro/Alcúdia) or Clinica Rotger (Palma de Mallorca), where you can communicate in English, Spanish, and German.
