Desde la Fundación Villalonga Rotger, el camino desciende hasta la idílica cala Murta. Las aguas cristalinas y turquesas invitan a refrescarse antes de que el sendero comience a ascender en un encantador zigzag.
El ascenso conduce al histórico camino comercial y de burros que conecta Pollença con el cabo Formentor. En el espectacular Camí Vell del Far Formentor, el faro se acerca cada vez más y es visible desde todos los lados. Esto ofrece unas vistas impresionantes del mar y la costa.
Por el camino pasamos por varios miradores: Mirador Cala Figuera, Panoràmica cap al de cap Formentor, Mirador del Puat y Mirador Cap Formentor. Cada uno de estos puntos abre nuevas y fascinantes perspectivas.
El destino es el faro Far de Formentor, que desde 1863 sirve como importante punto de referencia para los navegantes. Se alza majestuoso en el extremo más alejado de la península y desprende una magia especial. Hay un restaurante que invita a quedarse y, con un poco de suerte, se pueden ver delfines en las cercanías.
Esta ruta corta y variada ofrece impresiones inolvidables y una combinación única de naturaleza, historia y mar.
