Bicycle Mechanic and E-Bike Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated person with a passion for bicycle technology, especially the latest developments in e-bikes.
Your responsibilities
Maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing bicycles and e-bikes
Technically preparing rental and new bikes
Advising customers and organizing the workshop
What you bring to the table
Experience as a bicycle mechanic, ideally in retail, rentals, or a workshop
Good knowledge of e-bikes, motors, batteries, and electronics; experience with common systems is an advantage
A Spanish NIE or DNI identification card
Independent and structured way of working
Passion for cycling and outdoor activities
German and/or English language skills desired

Customer Service and Sales Associate
We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and customer-oriented person to support our team in the shop and bike rental department.
Your responsibilities
Friendly customer service and providing advice on routes and outdoor activities in Mallorca
Organizing bike rentals, including issuing and receiving bikes
Assisting with the sale of bicycles, accessories, and cycling apparel
Product presentation, maintaining order, and restocking the shop
Supporting the workshop and rental team
What you bring to the table
Enjoyment of customer interaction and a friendly, communicative demeanor
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
A Spanish NIE or DNI ID card
Interest in cycling, trail running, and outdoor sports
No professional experience required – motivation and a willingness to learn are what count
German and/or English highly desirable; additional languages are an advantage
Driver's license is an advantage
