The tour starts at Coll de Sa Batalla and heads northwest to the Mirador del Salt de la Bella Dona with impressive waterfall views. We continue to Font de s'Avenc, a natural spring and ideal rest area.
The steepest section is the ascent to Puig de Massanella, the second-highest mountain in Mallorca, with a rocky path and a magnificent panorama. This is followed by the descent to Coll des Prat, which is easy to walk on, before the route leads back to Coll de Sa Batalla.
Sturdy shoes, sufficient water and good physical condition are particularly important for climbing the summit. The route is well marked, but a hiking map or a GPS device is recommended.
The tour offers varied landscapes from shady forests and springs to alpine views and is ideal for experienced hikers who want to discover the Serra de Tramuntana.
