The tour starts in Alcanada and leads to the Coll Baix Refuge, high above the beautiful Cala des Coll Baix with its turquoise water. The trail runs through quiet nature and offers initial views of the coast.
The ascent to Talaia d'Alcúdia then begins, the highest elevation in the region at 446 meters. From here you can enjoy a wide panoramic view of the island center, the Tramuntana Mountains and the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença. On a clear day, even Minorca is visible in the distance.
The descent leads to the historic Eremita d'Alcúdia hermitage, which is considered a cultural highlight of the tour and is definitely worth a visit. The route is well marked and varied.
The moderately difficult tour requires good fitness and takes approximately 4 hours for hikers and 2 hours for trail running. It is ideal for anyone who wants to combine nature, culture and impressive views.
