The hike along the coast in northern Mallorca starts in Cala Mesquida, an idyllic coastal town with sandy beaches and dunes. The trail first leads to Cala Torta, a natural bay with clear water — ideal for a short break. We continue to Cala Mitjana, which impresses with its rocky coastline and turquoise sea. The hidden Cala Estreta, surrounded by steep cliffs and only accessible on foot, is a special highlight. This is followed by Cala Dèntola with its Mediterranean vegetation. The hike continues to secluded Cala es Matzoc, which offers peace and seclusion. A distinctive rock gate, the Tore d'Albarca, offers a wide view of the coast and sea. The way back is partly on the well-marked GR222 long-distance hiking trail and leads back to Cala Mesquida. This route impresses with coastal panoramas, secluded bays and Mediterranean nature — perfect for hikers looking for a variety of landscapes and peace.
