Die Wanderung startet in der Ortschaft Alaró und führt zum Castell d’Alaró – eine perfekte Verbindung von Natur und Kultur.
Vom Dorf Alaró geht es über das kleine, idyllische Orient hinauf zur Burgruine am Fuße des 825 Meter hohen Puig d’Alaró. Das Castell d’Alaró ist eine historische Burganlage, die seit 1931 als spanisches Kulturdenkmal geschützt ist. Erhalten sind Teile der Ringmauer, das Eingangstor und der südliche Hauptturm. Die Ruine gehört heute der Gemeinde Alaró, dem Bistum Mallorca und einem privaten Eigentümer.
Oben angekommen, genießt man eine beeindruckende Rundsicht über Mallorca – ideal für eine Pause. Im Castell lädt ein Restaurant zur Einkehr ein.
Der Abstieg zurück nach Alaró verläuft landschaftlich reizvoll. Ein Zwischenstopp im bekannten Restaurant Es Verger bietet sich für eine Vesperpause an, bevor es zurück in die Ebene geht.
Diese Wanderung vereint landschaftliche Schönheit, historische Eindrücke und kulinarische Highlights zu einem abwechslungsreichen Ausflug.
